Who we are
Campus Journey provides free guidance to adults applying to UK universities. Our registered contact details are on the contact page.
What we collect
When you enquire we collect your name, contact details, and the answers you give about your eligibility. Our website also collects standard technical data such as your IP address and pages viewed.
Why we collect it
To assess your eligibility, match you to courses, submit applications on your behalf where you ask us to, and contact you about your enquiry. Where you have consented, we may also send you guides and course updates.
Who we share it with
Universities and colleges you ask us to apply to, and the service providers who host our website and email. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us unless you are enrolled through us, in which case we keep them for six years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
